Blutungen aus dem Mastdarm

Summary

Abundant fresh haemorrhage from the anorectal region occurs very rarely. If it is accompanied by hypotension and shock the source must be looked for in the upper gastrointestinal tract. Conversely, fresh blood has usually originated in the large intestine if the haemorrhage is not accompanied by hypotension. The evacuation of black stools is not evidence of an upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage; retrograde haemorrhage from the anorec-tum into the colon can produce melaena, if blood is retained in the colon for a period of time.

Zusammenfassung

Die abundante frische Blutung aus dem anorectalen Bereich ist sehr selten. Wenn sie mit Hypotension und Schock einhergeht, muß die Blutungsquelle im oberen Gastrointestinaltrakt gesucht werden ! Umgekehrt stammt frisches Blut meist aus dem Dickdarm, wenn die Blutung nicht von Hypotension begleitet ist. Die Entleerung von schwarzem Pechstuhl ist nicht beweisend für eine obere Gastrointestinalblutung. Die retrograde Blutung aus dem Anorectum in den Dickdarm kann eine Melaena erzeugen, wenn das Blut im Colon lange liegen bleibt.
