Zusammenfassung
Bei den meisten autonom innervierten Organen befinden sich Sympathico- und Parasympathicotonus in einem physiologischen Gleichgewicht, das jeweils den Erfordernissen entsprechend abgeändert wird. Während bei der Reizung parasympathischer Nerven Acetylcholin aktiviert wird bzw. als Überträgerstoff fungiert, gilt nach den heutigen Vorstellungen als Überträgerstoff der meisten sympathischen Nerven Nor-Adrenalin. Bezüglich näherer Einzelheiten sei auf die physiologischen und pharmakologischen Lehr- und Handbücher verwiesen.
