Bei der Bildung einer Blase an der menschlichen Haut lassen sich pathophysiologisch 3 Phasen unterscheiden.

  1. 1.

    eine Phase der Strukturlockerung, eine Lockerung zwischen den Zellen der Epidermis oder zwischen Epidermis und Corium;

  2. 2.

    eine Phase der Kontinuitätstrennung, eine Spaltbildung;

  3. 3.

    eine Phase des Flüssigkeitseinstromes.
