Abstract
By light injection from the master laser diode, the slave laser diode is injection-locked at the wavelength of 852.356 nm.In the mean time we have obtained amplitude squeezing of 0.9 dB, phase reduction of 5–12 dB, tunable range of 1.7 GHz at the room temperature.
