Zusammenfassung

Aufgrund der Vielzahl der aufbauenden Gewebe des Auges und seiner Anhangsgebilde bzw. der Orbita tritt eine Reihe von verschiedenen gut- und bösartigen Tumoren im Augenbereich auf. Zu den häufigsten und wichtigsten Tumoren des Erwachsenalters gehören die intraokularen Melanome sowie verschiedene seltene extraokulare Melanommanifestationen im Augenbereich.
