Abstract

The constitutional diagram of this system is complex, there being nine intermediate phases; there is considerable solid solubility at both ends of the diagram, the maximum solubility of rhodium in niobium being 16.5 at% and that of niobium in rhodium 20.7 at%. The invariant reactions in the system are shown in the following table, and the complete phase diagram in Fig. 103 [1].
