About the author
Herbert Reiß is a lecturer, executive coach and consultant for leadership and leadership culture. He spent 34 years in various executive positions with an American Fortune 100 company, 32 years of which were spent in European or global responsibility. He is a founding member and member of the main board of the "Initiative Zukunftsfähiger Führung e.V. " (IZF). One focus of his coaching activities is the onboarding of executives into their new roles.
