Der Beitrag zielt darauf ab, ein ganzheitliches Verständnis der Risikotypen zu entwickeln, die Geschäftskunden bei der Nutzung von Smart Services wahrnehmen. Darauf aufbauend werden die identifizierten Risikotypen in Hinblick auf die Kundenreaktion in Form von Risikostrategien diskutiert. Den Artikel runden sowohl Empfehlungen für die Managementpraxis als auch eine Agenda für zukünftige Forschung ab.
