Zusammenfassung

Smartphones sind aus dem heutigen Alltag nicht mehr wegzudenken. Auf dem Markt gibt es eine Vielzahl an Gesundheits- und Medizin-Apps, das Potenzial von mHealth ist groß und auch Menschen mit Krebs können durch Apps wertvolle Unterstützung erfahren. Derzeit ist es jedoch aufgrund mangelnder Transparenz sowohl für Laien, als auch für Ärzt:innen oder Therapeut:innen schwer, qualitativ hochwertige Apps als solche zu erkennen. Eine Orientierungshilfe von Seiten unabhängiger oder staatlicher Institutionen wäre wichtig, um die Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen voranzutreiben. Betrachtet man in diesem Zusammenhang zudem die zentralen Faktoren der Adhärenz, insbesondere die patienten- und systemassoziierten Faktoren, die Kernaspekte einer Patient Journey-orientierten Ansprache darstellen, so werden diese allerdings bisher nur unzureichend durch Apps adressiert. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung sind relativ wenige Apps im Anwendungstyp der indirekten Intervention zu verorten. Eine emotionale Ansprache der Patienten zur Motivationssteigerung bzgl. der Therapieadhärenz erfolgt ebenfalls nur bei sehr wenigen Apps. Ein noch größerer Mangel ergibt sich bei den systemassoziierten Faktoren. Es existiert keine App, die eine Interaktion mit dem Arzt oder mit den HCPs ermöglicht.
