Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel erfolgt eine allgemeine Einführung in das Konzept der Resilienz; es werden zentrale personale und außerpersonale Resilienzfaktoren benannt. Im Anschluss werden wesentliche empirische Erkenntnisse zum Thema Resilienz und Resilienzförderung in verschiedenen Lebensabschnitten vorgestellt.
