Zusammenfassung
Interaktionen zwischen Menschen bergen in vielerlei Hinsicht Konfliktpotenzial. Wenn Konflikte gemeinsam gelöst werden können, stärken sie nicht nur die Beziehung der beteiligten Personen, sondern machen sie auch klüger in Hinblick auf ihre Problemlösefertigkeiten. Allerdings wird es auch in den freundlichsten Beziehungen kaum möglich sein, negative Episoden zu vermeiden.
