Zusammenfassung

Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird ein Beschaffungsmodell für Einsatzorganisationen konzipiert. Zunächst erfolgt eine Beschreibung der relevanten Rahmenbedingungen für die Beschaffung in Einsatzorganisationen, welche die Notwendigkeit eines angepassten sowie reaktionsfähigen Beschaffungsverhaltens verdeutlichen. Zudem wird der Forschungsstand hinsichtlich der öffentlichen Beschaffung, dem Defence Acquisition Management und der Humanitarian Logistics erläutert. Die Autoren resümieren, dass eine Beschaffungskonzeption einer responsiven Zuliefererkette für Einsatzorganisationen drei Komponenten beinhalten sollte.
