Zusammenfassung
Gegenstand des Beitrags ist die Aufbereitung der aktuellen Befundlage zum Thema „Neuronale Messung des Markenimages“. Nachdem zunächst die Problematik der „lokalisatorischen Signifikanz“ angesprochen wird, werden drei Facetten des Markenimages diskutiert und die mit ihnen assoziierten neuralen Strukturen beschrieben. Dabei wird deutlich, dass das Konstrukt „Markenimage “ im Kopf des Kunden nicht eindeutig zu verorten ist, sondern vielmehr aus dem Zusammenspiel verschiedener neuraler Strukturen entsteht. Darauf aufbauend wird der Versuch unternommen, diese Strukturen zu plausibilisieren und mit den neuralen Mechanismen der Kaufentscheidung in Bezug zu setzen. Das daraus resultierende Ergebnis erscheint sinnvoll, hat aber noch einen sehr rudimentären Charakter.
