Zusammenfassung

Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die leitungsgebundene Energieversorgung, insbesondere mit Strom-, Gas- und Fernwärme, in Litauen. Nationale Besonderheiten und Entwicklungen werden diskutiert. Aufbauend auf der Darstellung ausgewählter Zeitreihen wird der technisch-ökonomische Sachstand analysiert. Die Ausführungen weisen auf Verbesserungspotenziale und geplante Maßnahmen bezüglich Infrastrukturausbau und Energieeffizienz hin.Durch die Verwendung offizieller Energiestatistiken sind vergleichende Analysen mit den Versorgungsstrukturen anderer EU-Länder möglich.
