Zusammenfassung
Wer interkulturell effektiv handelt, hat große Aussicht auf Erfolg im deutsch-chinesischen Business. Interkulturelle Effektivität beginnt mit psychologischen Kenntnissen über Personenbeurteilung, Einstellungen, Erwartungen und Stereotypien und wird ergänzt um das Wissen über deutsche und chinesische kulturelle Werte und Kulturdimensionen. Stolperfallen, die zu deutsch-chinesischen Missverständnissen führen, sowie andere relevante Aspekte, die für das Misslingen oder Gelingen einer geschäftlichen Transaktion entscheidend sind, können somit erkannt, vermieden oder gefördert werden.
