Zusammenfassung
Die Konstruktive Kontroverse wurde erstmalig als Methode im Workshop-Format in Unternehmen implementiert und evaluiert. Die Ergebnisse entsprechen weitgehend bisherigen Studien, in denen die Wirksamkeit aber nicht auf der Basis von realen Einzelfallstudien überprüft wurde. Diese geben den Blick auf organisationale Dynamiken frei, die entstehen, wenn man eine neue Methode in einem Unternehmen einführt und diese auch gleichzeitig beforscht. Das Methodenrepertoire zur anwendungsorientierten Beforschung der Konstruktiven Kontroverse wurde um wichtige neue Elemente (Fallstudienansatz, Workshop-Format, Beobachtungsverfahren) erweitert und die Kluft zwischen Theorie und Praxis verringert. Damit tun sich auch neue Wege für die Forschung und die Praxis auf.
