Zusammenfassung

Die verschiedenen Formen des entzündlichen Rheumatismus, also Rheumatisches Fieber, chronische Polyarthritis und Spondylarthritis ankylopoetica (Bechterew) sind durch jeweils charakteristische, von-einander abweichende, für die Grunderkrankung aber typische Veränderungen der Serumeiweißkörper gekennzeichnet, die sich durch serologische, (immun-)elektrophoretische oder auch chemische Analyse erfassen lassen. Insgesamt sind die Befunde wiederum verschieden vom Serumeiweißbild der sog. Kollagenkrankheiten, wovon der viscerale Lupus erythematodes als reich, Dermatomyositis, Sklerodermie und Periarteriitis nodosa aber als recht arm an serologischen Phänomenen zu bezeichnen sind.
