Abstract
A new multi-source deposition (MSD) method for thin-film electroluminescent (TFEL) devices has been developed. Bright yellow-orange, green and blue EL emissions are obtained in ZnS:Mn, ZnS:Tb, F and SrS:Ce, KCl TFEL devices, respectively, prepared by this method.
