Abstract
We present in this paper a case of application of fuzzy logic and system dynamics to the modelling of a behavioural problem in an industrial environment. The study which is summarized here has been carried out within a French firm. Its aim is to analyze and set up a model for the behaviour of a given category of agents whose status is to be modified. We propose to show how the concept of fuzzy class enables us to account for the perception phenomena that play an essential part in this kind of models. The programming of some parts of the model into a new language is proposed. This language LPL (Linguistic oriented Programming Language) constitutes the implementation of Zadeh’s linguistic approach.
