Abstract
A new method of polarization measurement of electrons at HERA storage ring is proposed. The idea consists of the use of the eirculary polarized part of the synchrotron radiation. The light from one bunch is focused by spherical mirror on the next one In order to increase the rate a Polarimeter with optical cavity is proposed. The estimation shows that the rate of the backskattered photons of 40 kGz and integral asymmetry of 13% can be obtained at the HERA design parameters.
