Untersuchungen der Plasmaglycosphingolipide bei akuter Hepatitis

Zusammenfassung

Im menschlichen Blutplasma lassen sich hauptsächlich vier neutrale Glycosphingolipid-fraktionen nachweisen, die als Monohexosyl-(Glucosyl-), Dihexosyl-(Lactosyl-), Trihexosyl-(Galactosyl-Galactosyl-Glucosyl-) und Tetrahexosyl-(N-Acetylgalactosaminyl-Galactosyl-Galactosyl-Glucosyl-)Ceramid oder Globosid bezeichnet werden. Diese neutralen Glycosphingolipide sind komplexe Lipide, bestehend aus der Sphingosinbase, langkettigen Fettsäuren und Mono- oder Oligosacchariden. Bei bestimmten erblichen Stoffwechselkrankheiten (z. B. Morbus Gaucher, Lactosylceramidose, Morbus Fabry) finden sich deutlich erhöhte Konzentrationen einzelner Fraktionen. Ursprung und Stoffwechselwege der menschlichen Plasmaglycosphingolipide sind bis jetzt nicht voll geklärt.
