Zusammenfassung

Die Substanz Verapamil (Isoptin), hat zur Behandlung der Coronarinsuffizienz, tachykarder Rhythmusstörungen und hypertoner Blutdruckkrisen ein breites Anwendungsgebiet gefunden. Die hier dargestellten Untersuchungen dienten der Erkennung von hämodynamischen Veränderungen und von Zeitwerten im EKG nach intravenöser Applikation von Verapamil (V.).
