Abstract

We examine the possibility of the anomalous phase in the 2D ±J EA Ising spin glass, which corresponds to the Griffiths phase in the diluted ferromagnetic system. By Monte Carlo simulation, we find that the density of eigenvalues of the spatial correlation matrix has a weak anomaly around T c , the transition temperature for the pure ferromagnetic system, and that the autocorrelation function is scaled to a function of the power of time, the exponent of which deviates from 1 below T c .
