Zusammenfassung

Die Häufigkeit eines vesiko-renalen Refluxes nach transurethraler Resektion eines Blasenkarzinoms steigt mit der Anzahl der Operationen. Die Inzidenz liegt nach Literaturangaben zwischen 19% und 48% der Patienten [3, 4], in besonderen Risikogruppen sogar bei 78% [2].
