Zusammenfassung
Bei laminarer Strömung bewegen sich die Fluidelemente auf einzelnen, getrennten Bahnen, Stromfäden genannt, ohne daß von Stromfaden zu Stromfaden eine Vermischung eintritt. Lediglich durch die Zähigkeit wirken die einzelnen Stromfäden aufeinander ein, sofern sie verschiedene Geschwindigkeiten haben. Bei laminaren Strömungen vereinfachen sich die Grundgleichungen für stationäre Strömungen oder besonders einfache Geometrien so weit, daB sie exakt lösbar werden. Die Hagen-Poiseuillesche Gleichung (1.17) für die laminare Rohrströmung ist eine derartige exakte Lösung. Neben dem Geschwindigkeitsfeld läßt sich aber auch das Temperaturfeld und damit der Wärmeübergang für einige Fälle exakt berechnen.
