Geburtshilfliche Überwachungsmethoden und klinische Befunde bei vorzeitiger Plazentalösung

Zusammenfassung

Eine vorzeitige Plazentalösung stellt meist für Mutter und Kind eine hochgradige Gefährdung dar. Bei Gestosen (insbesondere Präeklampsie und Hellp-Syndrom) werden gehäuft vorzeitige Plazentalösungen beobachtet. Die klinische Symptomatik weist oft unzureichend auf die Schwere des Krankheitsbildes hin. In 20% bis 60% aller Fälle ist keine vaginale Blutung feststellbar (2, 4).
