Zusammenfassung

Das Konzept der Zellzerstörung durch eine photodynamische Lasertherapie beruht auf der Interaktion von Licht mit einem Farbstoff, der im Zielobjekt akkumuliert wurde. Der phototoxische Effekt beruht auf einer Sauerstoffradikalbildung nach Einstrahlung von energiereichem Licht auf einen lichtabsorbierenden Reaktionsvermittler (Farbstoff) durch Energieübertragungen vom angeregten Farbstoff auf Sauerstoffmoleküle.
