Abstract

A study is made of the Lagrangian velocity autocorrelation and of the Lagrangian statistics of the stretching and the curvature evolution of material line elements in turbulence. A discussion is presented on applications of the method of Lagrangian renormalized/perturbative expansions to the study of these statistics.
