Zusammenfassung

Benigne fokale (lokalisationsbezogene) Epilepsien sind für die Zentral-, Okzipital- und Parietalregionen identifiziert worden. Eine entscheidende Rolle in der Erkennung dieser benignen Erkrankung kommt dem EEG zu, insbesondere einem Schlaf-EEG, da die Rolandischen Spitzen verstärkt, oft auch nur, im leichten Non-REM-Schlaf auftreten [11.
