Abstract
The difficulties in differential diagnosis of enhancing intracerebral mass lesions are well known. Since 1978 our group and other authors (Lewander et al.1978, Lange et al. 1979, Westphal, 1983) tried to use the time-course of contrast enhancement in dynamic CT-scans as an additional parameter for correct diagnosis.
