Zusammenfassung
Obwohl bei bis zu 40% aller verstorbenen Patienten mit Myokardinfarkt autoptisch eine Beteiligung des rechten Ventrikels gefunden wird, spielt dies in der Klinik nur eine geringe Rolle, da meist überwiegend der linke Ventrikel betroffen ist. In seltenen Fällen steht jedoch der rechtsventrikuläre Infarkt auch klinisch im Vordergrund.
