Abstract
Some of the factors involved in the formation of brain edema are well known. Many previous papers in this field have suggested a mechanism for this formation of brain edema induced by cytotoxic, vasogenic, and other correlated factors [8, 12]. Although many important studies have been conducted using physiological, biochemical, and morphological methods, edema caused by cerebral ischemia has not yet been satisfactorily examined.
