Abstract
There are currently three approaches to carbonic anhydrase localization: the cobalt precipitation method of Häusler [15] as modified by Hansson [14], autoradiography of the specific carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, 3H-acetazolamide [7, 8], and immunocytochemistry [9, 13, 17, 27, 32].
