Abstract

Epidemiological findings are of great importance as they may help us to understand aetiology better. My considerations of the epidemiology of aplastic anemia will be divided into two parts, the first being an analysis of the differences in prevalence of aplastic anemia between East and West, the second a short summary of a Swedish study.
