Zusammenfassung

Nachstehend werden Ergebnisse einer Studie vorgestellt, die die Evaluierung intraoperativer Veränderungen koagulatorischer und fibrinolytischer Faktoren im Rahmen ausgedehnter orthopädischer Operationen bei Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Ewing- bzw. Osteosarkomen zum Ziel hatte. Die Studie wurde von der Abteilung für Pädiatrische Hämatologie und Onkologie in der Universitäts-Kinderklinik Münster, der Klinik für Anästhesiologie sowie der Klinik für Orthopädie der Universität Münster erstellt.
