Zusammenfassung
Gerade in einer Zeit der zunehmenden Technisierung der Medizin bleiben Anamnese und körperliche Untersuchung, nicht zuletzt aufgrund gesundheitsökonomischer Erwägungen, unverzichtbare Grundlagen der Diagnostik von Leber- und Gallenwegserkrankungen. Bei der überwiegenden Mehrzahl der Patienten erlauben diese ärztlichen Grundfertigkeiten die korrekte diagnostische Einschätzung und sind wegweisend für Auswahl und Einsatz weiterführender apparativer Verfahren.
