Zusammenfassung

Bei der Bewertung dysontogenetisch bedingter kongenitaler melanozytärer Prozesse stehen aus ärztlicher Sicht zwei Aspekte im Vordergrund: die Einschätzung des lebenslangen individuellen Komplikationsrisikos und die Wahl des Zeitpunktes einer möglichen oder nötigen Intervention.
