Zusammenfassung
Das Interesse an familiären Krebserkrankungen wird nicht primär durch dermatologische Erkrankungen, sondern besonders durch die große Häufigkeit und schlechte Prognose des Mamma- und Kolonkarzinoms bestimmt. In der praktischen Medizin ermöglicht die Kenntnis des familiären Vorkommens Maßnahmen zur Prophylaxe und Früherkennung beim individuellen Patienten wie auch seiner Verwandtschaft.
