Abstract

Based on realizing the performances achieved by the strategic alliances of technological innovation in China, this paper developed guiding thoughts of all-round evaluation and principles, and then established a fuzzy synthetic performance evaluation model. Experts consulting and fuzzy synthetic evaluating method were used to building the criteria system, weight system and measurement standards as well as the calculating tools. This model has been applied to evaluating performances achieved by a strategic alliance of technological innovation centered in an innovative enterprise in Yunnan, China. Responding analysis and suggestions were proposed for the alliance and relevant government office.
