Zusammenfassung

Eine Stenose der Trikuspidalklappe ist eine seltene Erkrankung. Insbesondere bei der hochgradigen Stenose ist das klinische Bild durch das Einstromhindernis vor dem rechten Ventrikel gekennzeichnet, sodass bei den oft multimorbiden Patienten das führende Bild einer Rechtsherzinsuffizienz besteht. Meist tritt die Trikuspidalklappenstenose nicht isoliert, sondern in Kombination mit einer Insuffizienz der Klappensegel auf, was die Diagnose und Therapiestrategie zusätzlich erschweren kann.
