Abstract
This paper presents HAZOP-based (hazard and operability) safety methods of equipment usage. It provides scientific, reasonable, and feasible safety measures by analyzing and assessing the inherent and potential risks while using equipment. It lays the technical foundation for the safety usage of equipment.
