Zusammenfassung

In Analogie zu tierexperimentellen Befunden werden diejenigen menschlichen Lymphocyten, die eine nachweisbare Besetzung der Membran mit Immunglobulindeterminanten aufweisen, als thymusunabhängige B-Lymphocyten bezeichnet [8, 12, 1.4]. Demgegenüber gelten Lymphocyten, die zu einer spontanen Rosettenbildung mit Schaferythrocyten befähigt sind, als thymusabhängige T-Lymphocyten [10, 12].
