Zusammenfassung

Die Therapie des Herzinfarktes hat in den letzten Jahren durch die Anwendung sog. „polarisierender“ Infusionen neue Aspekte erhalten. Die bekanntesten Lösungen sind die mit Kaliumchlorid, Insulin und Glucose nach Sodi-Pallares sowie Kalium-Magnesium-Asparaginat [11, 12].
