Zusammenfassung
Es ist bekannt, daß zwischen dem Anstieg der unspezifischen alkalischen Phosphatase und des Bilirubins im Serum bei Knochenerkrankungen, Lebermetastasen, Lymphogranulomatose und Reticulose keine direkte Beziehung besteht [3]. Eine solche Dissoziation ist in der Literatur auch bei nicht biliären fortgeschrittenen Lebererkrankungen ohne detaillierte Angabe beschrieben worden [2]. Wir haben in den letzten Jahren bei vier Patienten mit chronischer Hepatitis eine solche Dissoziation beobachtet.
