Zusammenfassung

Eine betacytotrope Wirkung von gastrointestinalen Hormonen wurde in zahlreichen Untersuchungen in vitro und in vivo erwiesen [3, 10]. Viele Probleme über die Wirkung dieser Substanzen auf den Inselzellapparat des Pankreas und ihre physiologische Bedeutung während der Verdauungsvorgänge sind indes noch ungeklärt [11]. Ihre Untersuchung wird durch den Konzentrationsabfall von Insulin im peripheren Blut infolge der hepatischen Insulinclearance und der Verdünnungsvorgänge während der Kreislaufpassage erschwert. Wir haben daher als Untersuchungsmodell Patienten mit einem portocavalen Shunt gewählt, um zu folgenden Fragen Stellung zu nehmen:

    Kann durch intraduodenale Salzsäureinstillation über eine endogene Secretin-freisetzung eine betacytotrope Wirkung erzielt werden.

  2. 2

    Besitzt Gastrin bzw. Pentagastrin (ICI 50 123) eine betacytrotope Wirkung.
