Abstract
This work presents a service-oriented software development methodology designed for use in enterprise with outsourced working force. The methodology is conceived as an evolution to traditional software factory methods and techniques, using manufacturing techniques and principles to establish a service factory unit that is responsible for delivering services organizes service orientation analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment processes and activities using a service factory approach.
