Abstract
The shortcomings of the existing professional education in the packaging engineering discipline are summarized in this paper, and the new packaging engineering education method is put forward on the basis of regarding packaging system design and providing complete packaging solution as the guiding ideology after researching and analyzing the education and development situation of packaging engineering domestics and abroad. It is emphasized in this work that modern education should focus on practical teaching link and cultivate the students’ awareness of building big project design and system design. These not only make students’ professional comprehensive design ability used maximum efficiently by enterprises and market, but also promote the rapid development of packaging industry.
