Abstract
According to the biomechanical analysis of the effects of bone grafting in the repair of cleft palate described in the last chapter, we found that repairing cleft palate with bone grafts can stabilize and support the maxillary dental arch, protect the arch against the pressure of the lip, cheek and tongue, and effectively prevent tissue collapse.
