Zusammenfassung
Eine Zyanose (griechisch: kyaneos = schwarzblau) äußert sich in einer bläulichen Verfärbung von Körpergewebe als Folge einer reduzierten Hämoglobinoxygenierung im Kapillarbett.Eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Ursachen ist in unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen vom Neugeborenen bis zum Jugendlichen dafür verantwortlich und meist lebensbedrohlich. In diesem Kapitel wird die differenzialdiagnostische Herangehensweise in Abhängigkeit von Alter und Anamnese des Patienten behandelt.
