Abstract

The research attempts to understand the reasons that affect education resource software guarantee. Furthermore, this paper attempts to understand the cultural influences on education resource software and the interaction between the social reason and other reasons that affect education resource software guarantee. Based on deep analysis of current literature on software guarantee reasons, a logic method is formulating. The reasons included in the method are divided into four categories: management reasons, software quality reasons, people reasons, and social reasons. Finally in this paper, a theoretical method is given.
